To receive a quote for any custom badge design or re-order badge from our photo gallery, you must complete the form below. Please include any sketches, images, measurements and other details you have available as this will better assist us with the quoting process. If these important details are not included, it may delay your quote until we are able to gather this information.

*This is a free quote, you will not be billed after submission

Custom designs are quoted at a rate of $45 per hour, based on the estimated time for completion.  This includes creation of concept art, 3-D CAD renderings and CNC-machine programming.  After an order has been placed, you will be able to view and have the final approval of the design before it is put into production.

*Design fee may be waived on badge designs that we've previously produced and appear in our archives.
